Who may transact
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter transactions. Use your own account and accurate contact information. Adults buying for children must place bids and take responsibility themselves. Declaring your age is not independent age verification.
What AuctionAndGo provides
AuctionAndGo hosts online-only live-video auction rooms and timed listings. Merchandise sales are between buyers and independent sellers. Buyers pay sellers directly through order-specific invoices. AuctionAndGo separately charges platform room-rental and timed-listing fees; it does not hold item-sale funds in escrow or guarantee an item, seller, payment or delivery.
Bidding and reserves
Review the description, condition, authenticity claims, reserve status, shipping or pickup terms, and seller return policy before bidding. Only a server-accepted bid counts. If you win a qualifying sale, pay within 24 hours of auction closing. An item that does not meet reserve is unsold. A runner-up offer is optional until accepted; its displayed payment deadline controls. Sellers cannot change locked auction terms during bidding.
Honest selling and fair bidding
Sellers must own the item or have permission to sell it, disclose defects and known authenticity issues, use accurate images and descriptions, and honor completed sales. No shill bidding, bidding on your own items through another account, fake bids, collusion, counterfeit claims, misleading prices, or harassment. Seller application approval is a review of the application, not proof of legal identity, ownership or authenticity.
Fees, interruptions and credits
Standard seller application review is free. Timed listings cost $1.99 for a 60-hour listing, subject to disclosed late-bid extensions. The listing fee is retained for seller or rules issues. Verified AuctionAndGo-caused interruptions receive manually arranged replacement time for the affected service as the standard remedy rather than a cash refund. Contact support with the auction ID and interruption details. Credits are not automatically issued or redeemed; required legal refunds and rights remain intact. Live-room pricing and duration are disclosed before checkout.
Payment, shipping, returns and taxes
Sellers disclose handling time, shipping charges, pickup conditions and return policies before bidding. Sellers verify payment in their actual payment account, not from screenshots, before releasing goods. All parties must follow applicable tax requirements. AuctionAndGo does not represent that it has assumed a seller’s tax collection obligations. A no-return policy does not override rights concerning misrepresentation, non-delivery or other required remedies.
Owner review of refund requests
The website does not issue automatic refunds. Submit a refund-review request to the owner. Approval and payment execution are separate owner actions. Chargebacks, processor actions and legally required remedies are not limited by this approval policy. A ten-business-day initial review does not end buyer dispute rights.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected fraud, prohibited goods or unsafe conduct to auctionandgo817@gmail.com with the auction or order ID and supporting evidence. AuctionAndGo can review reports, remove listings, stop auctions and restrict platform access for rule violations. Reports are not an automatic finding of wrongdoing. Honest reviews and lawful complaints are allowed. Payment disputes can also be pursued through the applicable payment provider and other available legal channels.
Upcoming managed-payment service
Central buyer checkout and seller payouts are not active. Read the advance seller fee and payout policy: an 8% transaction fee on item price plus shipping (excluding sales tax), separately disclosed actual payment/payout costs, and 10/5/3 business-day holds. These new financial terms require separate seller acceptance before new managed orders; they do not alter existing external invoices or current room/listing purchases.
Acceptance and changes
The site records the account’s adult declaration, the accepted rules version and acceptance time. New rules apply prospectively; existing item terms remain locked. Do not continue transacting if you cannot accept the current rules. Version 2026-10-21-v1.
These operating rules govern AuctionAndGo platform use. They do not waive non-waivable consumer rights, payment-provider rights, or obligations imposed by law. Contact auctionandgo817@gmail.com for support.
