Not permitted
Do not list stolen goods; counterfeit or pirated goods; illegal drugs or controlled substances; prescription medicines or medical devices requiring regulated dispensing; firearms, ammunition, explosives or weapon components requiring regulated sales; alcohol, tobacco or vaping products; explicit sexual material; live animals; human remains or body parts; recalled or known unsafe products; personal data, credentials or identity documents; financial products, loans or gambling entries.
Additional launch restrictions
Do not list motor vehicles, RVs, real estate or titled property through the general merchandise auction flow. Those categories require separate ownership, licensing, tax and transfer rules before being enabled. Items requiring special licenses, age checks or hazardous-material handling are not supported by the current general merchandise workflow.
Seller responsibility and reports
Sellers must check applicable laws and these platform restrictions before listing. Application approval does not approve every item in the seller’s inventory. Restrictions are platform rules, not a claim that every item listed here is illegal in every context. Report suspicious items to auctionandgo817@gmail.com. Listings may be removed and auctions stopped after review.
