Disclose delivery before bidding
The seller must state whether shipping or pickup is available, the shipping charge or a clear calculation, handling time, pickup conditions and return terms in the listing before bidding. Do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after the auction.
After payment
Confirm payment in the payment provider’s actual account before releasing goods. Ship within the promised time, use appropriate packaging and provide tracking where available. For pickup, agree on a safe meeting arrangement and retain a record that the buyer received the goods. Do not publish home addresses in public descriptions or videos.
Delays, non-delivery and damage
Sellers must contact buyers promptly if they cannot meet the promised shipment time and provide the choices or refunds required by applicable law. Sellers handle carrier claims and communicate with buyers about missing or damaged shipments. Buyers should preserve the listing, invoice, tracking, packaging and damage photos and report problems promptly. Reporting promptly does not shorten statutory rights.
How to raise a dispute
Contact the seller using the order or invoice contact details first. If unresolved, email auctionandgo817@gmail.com with the order ID, dates, issue and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, complete card details or government ID documents. AuctionAndGo reviews platform conduct and available records; it cannot unilaterally reverse payments made to a seller through an outside provider. Buyers may use applicable provider dispute channels and other lawful remedies. No guaranteed buyer reimbursement program is offered.
Time credits are separate
Platform time credits address verified AuctionAndGo service interruptions. They do not settle a dispute about merchandise, replace money a seller owes a buyer, or waive chargeback, refund or legal rights.
