Information used to operate the service
AuctionAndGo receives account identifiers and account email from ChatGPT sign-in; seller profile/contact information and private application videos; listing details and photos; bids and winner records; invoices and seller-reported payment status; reports; and the rules version, acceptance time and adult declaration attached to an account. Declaring you are 18 or older does not verify your identity or exact age.
What other people see
Public listings show seller-provided merchandise information. Auction participation can expose a display name and bidding activity. A winning buyer’s account email is shared with the seller for fulfillment. Application videos are limited to the applicant and authorized owner review. Do not include government IDs, full payment-card details or private addresses in public photos, descriptions or videos.
Service providers and payments
ChatGPT provides sign-in. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and supported live-video infrastructure. Stripe processes AuctionAndGo platform fees. Sellers use their own invoice/payment providers for merchandise. Those providers process information under their own policies. AuctionAndGo does not ask users to submit complete payment-card details in an ordinary message or application video.
Traffic measurement
The site uses browser local/session storage for pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and sends page-view or contact-click events and a limited referral/campaign source to the owner’s MyWebsite99 traffic dashboard. The current tracking script skips these events when browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. This is traffic measurement, not independent age or identity verification.
Retention, requests and minors
Records are retained as needed for operating auctions, resolving disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email auctionandgo817@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or report suspected misuse or a minor’s account. Requests require review and may be limited by identity checks, other users’ rights or legal retention duties. Auction transactions and seller applications are for adults 18 and older; do not submit a minor’s information. Requests are handled manually, not by an automatic deletion tool.
These operating rules govern AuctionAndGo platform use. They do not waive non-waivable consumer rights, payment-provider rights, or obligations imposed by law. Contact auctionandgo817@gmail.com for support.
